Key Features

High Precision

Ensures consistent and accurate shrimp straightening for every piece, delivering a uniform product appearance.

User-Friendly

Designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, with seamless integration into automated shrimp processing lines.

Operating Process

Step 1: Loading

After preparation, shrimp are placed into the stretching molds in the correct orientation and position. The loaded molds are then placed onto the infeed conveyor, which continuously transports them to the forming station.

Step 2: Mold Positioning

As each mold reaches the working station, the guiding and positioning system accurately locates and secures it, ensuring precise alignment throughout the pressing process.

Step 3: Shrimp Stretching

The pressing system applies a controlled force to the mold for a preset duration. This process gently straightens and shapes the shrimp while preserving the natural texture and integrity of the meat.

Step 4: Unloading

After the stretching process is completed, the mold exits the pressing station via the conveyor, ready for shrimp removal and the next processing stage.
