1- Warranty conditions:
– The product warranty period is clearly stated in the signed contract.
– The warranty includes incidents due to technical errors.
2- Cases not covered by free warranty:
– Chi Cong is not responsible for warranty for products damaged by users: arbitrarily installing, using, and improperly preserving the product.
– Product errors due to natural disasters, fires, etc.
– Errors due to natural wear and tear or due to unsuitable environmental conditions where the product is located.
